1. Acceptance
By using Ratelens you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
Ratelens is an informational price and product comparison service. We do not sell goods, hold inventory, take payment, arrange delivery or handle returns. All purchases are made on third-party retailer websites and are governed entirely by those retailers' own terms.
3. Accuracy of information
Prices, MRP figures, availability, ratings and specifications are observed from publicly visible retailer pages at the times shown, and change frequently. We make reasonable efforts to present them accurately, but we give no warranty that any figure is current, complete or error-free. Always verify on the retailer's site before purchasing.
4. Our findings
Where we report that two platforms declare different MRPs for the same product, we are reporting an observed discrepancy between two published figures. We do not assert which figure is correct, and we make no allegation of wrongdoing against any retailer, seller or brand. Comparisons rest on automated product matching, which — while conservative by design — is not infallible. If you believe a product has been matched incorrectly, please tell us and we will correct it.
5. Affiliate relationships
Some outbound links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which product is presented as cheapest — that is determined by observed price alone. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Intellectual property
Product names, brand names, logos, images and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification and comparison purposes. Our own analysis, layout and compiled data remain ours.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use automated means to extract our compiled data in bulk, attempt to disrupt the service, or reproduce substantial portions of it commercially without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, including purchasing decisions, nor for the acts or omissions of any retailer or seller.

Outbound links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, terms or practices of any third-party site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
